- A properly prepped and topcoated residential garage floor lasts 10 to 20 years. The failures you hear about are almost always prep failures, not product failures.
- Can epoxy be applied over cracked concrete?
- Yes. Cracks and spalls get routed out and filled with a structural repair compound before coating. What epoxy can't fix is an actively moving crack or a slab with a moisture problem underneath — we test for both first.
- How much does an epoxy garage floor cost?
- It scales with square footage, slab condition, and which system you pick — flake and metallic differ in both material and labor. We measure the slab and quote it in writing.
- Is epoxy good for a basement?
